They are without shoes and walk in the hot road, Rajasthani girls are full of color, liquid eyes
as pure water, they ask us a pass to go to the Calangute, a village 7 miles, we stop ….
From that moment, born a meeting sweet and full of stories, Silvia Fiore, meet them again
later …
They move in tribes, walk from Rajasthan for the tourist season in search of work.
Shobha
They are a tribe of women / girls. Their origin is Rajasthan, but their home could be their
constant travel. They sell bracelets on the street and covered with colored veils. In their eyes,
and in their gestures, there is the ancient and dusty harshness of the desert and the beauty
of light. They are all the colors together.
Silvia Fiore Bernardi
SILVIA FIORE BERNARDI
Silvia Fiore Bernardi, was born in Milan and graduated in art semiotics at the DAMS of Bologna.
She attended a workshop with Shobha in Palermo in 2012 and 2013 in India.
